WOMEN I WORK WITH TEND TO:
Be motivated self-starters,
Glass half-full challengers of the status quo,
Possess creative, inquisitive, and introspective minds,
Crave “aha” moments, breakthroughs, and major shifts,
Lovers of freedom!
CONSIDER THIS SCENARIO:
One day you wake up and realize you just can’t do it anymore. You can’t slave to the daily grind that is an unbalanced life (e.g. not moving forward with goals, working at a job you don’t really like, drinking too much, spending time in relationships that are sucking you dry, not eating well, not enjoying the blessing that is your life.) A little voice in your head tells you that there has to be a better way to live.
And with that awakening you start to realize what is and isn’t working in your life. Your inner mentor comes and says, “You need to make some positive changes in your life.” You know you need to create more balance, more peace. But, you don’t know exactly how to go about doing it. This awakening is a gift.
Here’s the great thing, in order to create lasting change and balance in your life you get the opportunity to process all types of emotions. The trick is to understand what the ‘not-so-good’ feels like, and to know what ‘wow, amazing’ feels like. This balanced perspective will help you move forward with whatever you choose to do. On this journey, you also need support and strategies to break on through to the other side, and that’s where I come into the picture.
The most important thing is to understand change has to happen; balance emerges from that realization. I’m here to guide you through it all with humor, insight, and forward movement. The voyage is yours, but as a coach I’m here for you so that you can sail through it with less stress, more freedom, and a ton of passion and excitement. It’s the dawning of a new life, a balanced life, and YOU can do it!
I have the formula, the framework for creating a balanced life. I provide a structure so that you can do the work to create lasting change. I spent years as a teacher, and I have a lot of metrics to measure success. My framework is a good mix of listening and support, plus accountability.
